Quietvana Heated Sleep Mask

If you wake at four and can't get back to sleep, this mask surrounds your eyes with steady warmth, total darkness and a slow, gentle massage, all in a design comfortable enough to sleep in. There are no pills to take and no cord to untangle in the dark.

  • Warmth that stays warm: 3 constant levels, not a flannel that's cold in minutes
  • Total darkness, no pressure: deep 3D eye cups sit off your eyelids
  • A slow massage: 5 gentle modes on the brow and cheekbones, or warmth only
  • No cord at 4 a.m.: rechargeable, USB-C, 80 grams

The warmth researchers studiedGentle skin warming has been studied for deeper sleep in older adults, and this mask holds that warmth steady for as long as you need it.

Before you order

Which heat setting do I sleep on?
35°C (95°F) is the setting to sleep on, because it's gentle and close to your own skin temperature. 45°C (113°F) is meant for a ten-minute wind-down while you're still awake, and 55°C (131°F) is only for a brief warm-up while you're sitting up. Never fall asleep on 55°C.
Is it safe to use?
Sleep on the 35°C setting and stop immediately if anything feels too hot. Don't use the mask on broken or irritated skin, after eye surgery unless your eye doctor has approved it, or if you can't feel heat properly on your face, for example because of nerve damage or a medication that makes you very drowsy.
I've tried eye masks. What's different?
An ordinary mask provides darkness and nothing more, whereas this one also delivers warmth, held steady for up to two hours, along with a slow massage. It's sold only here, with free shipping on the Pair, 60 nights to try it and a real person who answers your emails.
What if it isn't for me?
Use it for up to 60 nights, and if you aren't sleeping better by then, contact us for a full refund.

Only sold here. Not on Amazon, eBay, Etsy or any other platform.

Why you wake at 4 a.m., and why warmth matters

After 55, the body clock shifts earlier and sleep becomes lighter, so even a small disturbance can end the night. You still need seven to eight hours, though, and years of sleeping only five are linked to memory decline, heart disease and falls.

When researchers warmed older volunteers' skin by less than half a degree, early-morning waking fell from 58% to 4%, although they used a full-body warming suit rather than a mask. This mask holds steady warmth across your eyes in total darkness, with no pills to take and no cord to manage.

It's sold only here, with free shipping on the Pair and 60 nights to try it at home.
