What exactly does the mask do?
It combines light-blocking coverage, a contoured eye area, three heat settings and an optional gentle pulse massage with five modes, in one rechargeable mask. You choose the setting that feels comfortable and follow the supplied manual.
How can it support a screen-heavy evening?
It creates a darker environment around closed eyes, then lets you add the level of warmth and gentle pulse massage that feels comfortable. That makes it easy to use as a clear pause after the final screen of the evening.
How do the three warmth settings work?
Choose between three levels and begin with the lowest level that feels comfortable. Adjust gradually and stop using the mask if it feels uncomfortable.
What does the gentle pulse massage feel like?
It is a slow rhythmic pulse working around each eye socket rather than a flat buzz. There are five modes, from barely there to firm, and you can run the heat on its own with no massage at all. Sensation is personal, so begin gently and keep only the mode you find comfortable.
Will the contoured area touch my eyelids?
The interior is designed to leave room around the eyelid area, while the adjustable strap helps you find a secure, comfortable fit. Exact clearance varies by face shape.
How should I fit and charge it?
Use the included USB-C cable and follow the supplied manual. Place the mask over closed eyes and adjust the rear strap without overtightening.
What is included?
Each mask includes one USB charging cable and one English-language user manual, and is covered by a 24-month warranty.
Which colour and offer should I choose?
Pink, Grey, Blue and Green have the same functions. Choose one mask, or choose any two colours, including the same colour twice, with the two-mask offer. Current prices appear in the offer selector.
Is this a medical treatment?
No. It is a light-blocking comfort product with adjustable warmth and an optional gentle pulse massage, not a treatment for redness, dry-eye disease or another eye condition. Persistent or painful redness, light sensitivity, contact-lens-related redness or changes in vision need professional advice.
