Questions
F.A.Q
The ten questions people actually ask before they buy, answered in full below. If yours is not here, send it through the contact page and a person will answer it.
Two things worth knowing before you read on: it works on the room, where the eggs, larvae and pupae of a flea problem live, and it is not suitable for homes with small pets such as hamsters, rabbits or birds, which can hear these frequencies.
Questions people actually ask
Is there anything else to buy?
No. Plug one into each room your pet uses and leave it on. No sprays, no refills, and nothing goes on your pet.
I bought a cheap one before and it did nothing.
So did most people reading this. The usual mistake is one unbranded plug-in in a hallway for a whole house. Ultrasound does not pass through walls, and there was nobody to refund you.
Can my cat or dog hear it?
No. Cats and dogs hear higher than we do, but not this high. You will not hear it either.
What about my rabbit, hamster or bird?
Do not buy it. Hamsters, gerbils, mice, rats, rabbits, guinea pigs and pet birds can hear these frequencies.
How many do I need?
One per room your pet actually uses. For most homes that is the living room plus wherever they sleep.
Where should I plug it in?
Low down, on a wall with clear floor in front of it. Not behind a sofa or a curtain: soft furnishings absorb it.
How long does delivery take?
Sent from the UK and arrives in 2-4 days. Free on any order of three or more.
What if it does not work for me?
You have 30 days. Send the units back and we refund you. No argument, no restocking fee.
Does it need refills or servicing?
No. Nothing to refill, replace or clean. It can stay plugged in permanently.
Why can I not buy this on Amazon?
Because we do not sell it there. Every ultrasonic plug-in on Amazon and eBay is an unbranded copy with no coverage figure and no guarantee.
There does not have to be a third time.
Count the rooms your pet uses, plug one into each, and stop planning your weekends around a hoover. 30 days to change your mind.
