Before you write

Two answers save most of the emails we get:

• How many units do I need? One per room your pet actually uses. For most homes that is the living room plus wherever they sleep.
• Where do I plug it in? Low down, on a wall with clear floor in front of it. Not behind a sofa or a curtain: soft furnishings absorb the sound.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery. Message us with your order number, we send you the return address, and we refund you once the units are back with us. No restocking fee and no argument about it.

What to include

If it is about an existing order, put your order number in the field below. If it is about whether this suits your home, tell us how many rooms your pet uses and whether you keep any small animals, and we will tell you honestly whether to buy it.
