1. Who we are
This website is operated by RIEPU GURU, ("we", "us", "Quietvana"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Orders and contract formation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method), and we will refund you in full.
3. Pricing
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes don't affect orders already confirmed.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm or cancel the order.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We don't store your card details.
5. Product information and health disclaimer
Quietvana products are consumer comfort products. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this website is medical advice.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Do not use our products as a substitute for medical assessment or prescribed treatment.
Do not use the mask on broken, irritated or infected skin, or over the eyes if you have an eye condition, have recently had eye surgery, or are wearing contact lenses, without first speaking to a healthcare professional. Discontinue use and seek advice if you experience pain, irritation, light sensitivity or any change in vision.
Individual results vary. Testimonials on this site describe individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.
6. Correct use
Follow the instructions supplied with the product. We're not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse, modification, or use contrary to those instructions.
Our products are not intended for children. Keep small components out of reach of children and pets.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, images, video, logos, and design) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
9. Acceptable use
Don't use this site for unlawful purposes, don't attempt to interfere with its operation or security, and don't scrape or resell our content.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
11. Your consumer rights
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right of withdrawal and the two-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law.
12. Complaints and dispute resolution
Please contact us first at support@quietvana.com. Most issues are resolved within a day or two.
If we can't resolve it, EU consumers can contact an alternative dispute resolution body. A list of certified bodies by country is maintained by the European Commission at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies. Latvian consumers may also contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs, ptac.gov.lv).
We are not obliged to participate in ADR proceedings and decide on a case-by-case basis.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. If you are a consumer resident in another EU/EEA country, you also retain the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies.
