Portrait of the customer who left this review Amelia H.Struggled with bad sleep

I'd been sleeping badly for over a year, and then this randomly showed up on my feed. I'm normally really skeptical of products like this, but my sleep had been so bad for so long that I decided to take the chance. Best decision I could've made. I finally feel like my old self again, and I'm sleeping like I did before I started working night shifts.

Customer feedback

The first differences customers noticed.

Warmth, darkness and eyelid space: the details that keep coming up.

My screen-off ritual

After long days on my laptop, this is exactly the sort of thing I reach for before bed. The warmth feels calming, and the mask blocks out the room properly.

Comfort without eyelid pressure

Much nicer than a basic sleep mask. The eye space means it doesn’t press directly on my eyelids, which was my main worry.

Warmth without reheating

The heat setting is the best part for me. It gives that warm-compress feeling without having to keep reheating a flannel.

Sound familiar?

Right now, this is how the night goes.

  • You shut the laptop at 11 and your eyes are still burning.

  • The room is dark enough. Your head is not.

  • You wake up and your eyes feel like they never switched off.

It is not just the night. It is the whole next day.

Thirty nights from now

You will not go back to falling asleep the old way.

  1. Night 1

    Out before the timer ends.

You set fifteen minutes and you do not remember it finishing. First night in months you fall asleep on purpose instead of by accident.

  2. Night 7

    Your body starts expecting it.

The heat becomes the signal. You stop negotiating with yourself for an hour about going to bed. You just go, and it works.

  3. Night 30

You notice it on the night you forget.

That is when it lands. No grit in your eyes at 9am, no planning the day around the 3pm crash, and people telling you that you look well without being able to say why.

Why heat works

Fall asleep faster. Wake up looking like you slept.

After nine hours of screens, your eyes are dry, hot and still working at midnight.

Close-up showing the eye-mask contour and the adjustable strap fit

Heat is the oldest fix there is for tired eyes. It is why a warm flannel feels so good for the four minutes before it goes cold.

Total blackout
The wrap fit seals the room out. Not dim. Dark.
35, 45 or 55°C
Blue, green or red. Three real temperatures, held for the whole session.
Five pulsed modes
A slow rhythmic pulse around each socket, not a buzz. Or heat on its own.

Against what you have already tried

A hot compress that is still hot 45 minutes later.

A sleep mask blocks light and does nothing else. A warm flannel is cold in four minutes. This does both jobs, at up to 55°C, until the timer stops it.

Oliver

Really good for switching off after screen-heavy evenings. I put my phone away, use the mask for a bit, and it helps make bedtime feel more intentional.

Grace

Wasn’t sure about vibration near my eyes at first, but the lower settings are actually quite relaxing. I wouldn’t use the strongest one every night, but it’s nice having options.

Daniel

The mask feels soft and sits better than I expected. I had to adjust the strap a couple of times, but once it was right, it stayed comfortable.

Harry

The light-blocking is better than my normal sleep mask. I use it when my partner is still watching something and the room isn’t fully dark.

Emma

USB-C charging makes it easy because I already have chargers everywhere. Small thing, but it makes me more likely to actually use it.

Thomas

The warmth feels gentle, not harsh. I started on the lowest setting and that was enough most nights.

Lucy

Perfect for hotel rooms where the curtains never close properly. It blocks light well and makes the room feel less unfamiliar.

George

Nice for those evenings where your eyes feel tired from staring at screens all day. The combination of darkness and heat feels really comforting.

Mia

A lot more useful than a standard eye mask for me. The heat and vibration make it feel like an actual wind-down ritual rather than just covering my eyes.

Jack

The contoured shape is the main thing I like. Flat masks annoy me because they press on my eyes, but this leaves more space.

Isla

Bought it mainly for the heat, but the vibration modes have grown on me. I use the gentler pattern when I’m trying to relax.

Before you order

Questions worth asking.

Temperatures, timers, fit, battery and the offer.

Will it help me fall asleep faster?

Yes. It removes the room and holds steady warmth over your eyes while you settle, which is the combination that shortens the gap between lying down and dropping off. Set 15 minutes and it powers down on its own, so falling asleep in it is the intended use.

Does it help with puffiness and tired-looking eyes?

Yes. Warm compresses are the standard approach to puffiness around the eyes, and this one holds its temperature for the full session instead of going cold after four minutes. Used the night before, you wake with less swelling and less tightness around the eye area.

How hot does it get, and what does the massage feel like?

Blue is 35°C, green is 45°C and red is 55°C, and it holds whichever you pick for the entire session rather than cooling off the way a flannel does. The massage is a slow rhythmic pulse working around each socket, not a flat buzz. Five patterns, from barely there to firm, and you can run the heat on its own with no massage at all.

How long is a session, and how often do I charge it?

You choose 15, 30 or 45 minutes and all three shut off automatically. Fifteen is enough on a normal night, 45 is the one to pick if you intend to fall asleep wearing it. A full USB-C charge gives about three hours of runtime, which is over a week of nightly sessions.

Will anything press on my eyelids?

No. The moulded shell holds a 3D well over each eye, deep enough that you can blink underneath it, and the rear strap adjusts to your head. Nothing touches your eyelids.

How fast is delivery, and what does it cost?

Free UK delivery on every order. Most parcels arrive in 3 to 7 days. You get a tracking email the moment yours ships.

What if it turns out not to be for me?

Sleep on it for 30 nights. If it has not earned its place on your bedside table, email support@quietvana.com and we send a prepaid return label and refund you in full. The mask also carries a 24-month warranty. This sits on top of your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, it does not replace it.
