Begin with the lowest comfortable level and adjust only if you want more warmth.

How to use it

Charge, choose, then close out the light.

A simple sequence keeps the controls easy to remember.

Follow the supplied manual, begin with the lowest comfortable setting and stop if the mask feels uncomfortable.

    Charge and fit

    Charge the mask with the included USB-C cable and adjust the strap until secure, not tight.

    Choose gently

    Begin with the lowest comfortable warmth setting and add the gentle pulse massage only if you want it.

  3. 03

    Switch off and store

    Finish the session, switch the mask off and store or clean it according to the supplied manual.
